At Safarnama, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• Product(s) purchased from Safarnama can only be returned or exchanged if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached, along with the order receipt.

• Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting during photography or device screen settings. These differences are not considered defects and products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

• To initiate an exchange, kindly WhatsApp us at (number) with your order number and the reason for exchange. Once the product is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and update you promptly.

Refunds

• Safarnama follows a “No Refund” policy.

• Refunds will only be allowed in exceptional cases, such as when a product is out of stock or has a verified manufacturing fault.

• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s account.

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

• All shipping and handling costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer (unless the product received was defective/incorrect).

• Once an order has been shipped, the Return & Exchange Policy applies.

• Safarnama reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payment authorizations.
